3. Data Retention and Deletion
We apply different retention periods depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it is processed:
• Store data, reviews, and subscription records may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain account continuity, or enable future reactivation.
• Temporary data, such as setup links, temporary tokens, and OAuth states, are deleted or invalidated after use or expiration.
• Certain short-lived operational data, such as rate-limiting counters and duplicate-prevention keys, are periodically cleaned according to internal system settings.
• Certain operational logs, such as activity logs, messaging logs, registration logs, and certain impression records, are subject to defined periodic cleanup policies within the system.
• Certain records may be retained for longer periods when necessary for security, operational, regulatory, or dispute or complaint-handling purposes.
